Chewies (aligner seater)
Designed to help improve the fit of your aligners by closing the air gaps between the teeth and aligner. Biting down on the chewie allows your aligner to get seated better on your teeth, which is important for movement.
Instructions:
With your aligners in, position the chewie between your teeth and bite down. Move your chewie from one end of your mouth to the other, and bite down. Keep repeating the process for 5 to 10 minutes to ensure your aligners are well-seated against your teeth. Make sure to do this exercise at least a few times per day, preferably morning and at night to ensure your aligners are tight against your teeth.
