Shipping policy

Pickup- 74 Emu Bank, Belconnen 

In-store pickup at our Belconnen practice is available Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. If you would like to pick up from one of our other locations (Manuka or Gungahlin), please let us know ahead of time.

Flat rate shipping 

• Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) using Australia Post. Austalia delivery standards are 2-5 Business days for same state. Flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies to orders shipping to Canberra, or $15 to other parts of Australia.
